Chemical plant - focused on rotating equipment reliability. Serve or become the subject matter expert on RCFA, RCM, FMEA and drive improvements to the site. Manage and improve the Pred/Prev Maintenance program. You will have ample opportunity to shape and mod programs as they are finalized and implemented. Site can use help on their recip compressors with troubleshooting and re-evaluation of PM’s and improving the condition monitoring plan. Build the Bad Actor list and pursue improvements. This site has a maintenance engineer who is focused on day to day items so this more senior role can focus on reliability efforts.
