Opportunity to manage the reliability and maintenance functions at a chemical plant in the South Houston area. Manage 6 Engineers, plus Technologists and the Team Supervisors for a total of 10 direct reports. This role reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager at the site. Augment and oversee Pred/Prev programs, asset management strategies and long term reliability plans. This is a leading chemical with a reputation as a good place to work. They have over 30 sites around the globe and a large presence in the US. 9/80 work schedule plus profit share. Considered an excellent company to work for. Good teamwork at the site. Site is expanding and department could have retirement of Maintenance and Engineer Manager in a couple of years.
