Manage 6 direct reports and provide overall technical support and management to the maintenance and reliability programs at a 100 person specialty chemical plant that is equipment intensive. They are looking to build and implement a comprehensive Predictive/Preventative Maintenance program over the next few years. They are seeking and experienced professional who knows how to build a reliability program and who can lead the staff and non-union workforce into an excellent program. The Site Manager says that improving reliability is the top priority for the site. Reports to Site Manager and is key member of the Site Leadership Team.
