This primary accountability of the Maintenance Supervisor will be to lead and monitor day-to-day maintenance crafts of the plant.  The position is responsible for coordinating shutdown planning and execution, maintenance management systems, and supervision of maintenance.  This site is a diverse specialty chemical operation with approximately 100 people including the 30 unionized maintenance craft personnel.

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Engineer is to be the site technical lead for fixed equipment (tanks, vessels & piping) and inspections; to develop long term reliability plans for fixed equipment; and to manage capital projects generated from long term fixed equipment reliability plans.  The Senior Engineer will also support the Learning & Development team in the development of training programs, manage the Site Technical Practices for fixed equipment and inspections, and drive continuous improvement in work execution processes.

 Responsibilities

• Technical authority for fixed equipment (tanks, vessels, and piping) and inspections.
• Develop long term reliability plans for fixed equipment that are aligned with the site mission.
• Manage capital projects generated from long term reliability plans using the Capital Value Process. Capital projects managed by the SDE are typically replacement in kind, less than $250k total installed cost and the scope is limited to the engineer’s discipline.
